いや、コンパイル以前に configure が mysql を見つけられてないんでしょ？
(cached)になってますけど、そこは大丈夫なんでしょうね？
mysqlをどういうディレクトリ構成で入れてるのかわからんので、
それ以上は、そちらの環境に合わせて configure を実行してください、
としか言えません。
