整理しますと、

ようは、お宅はSPAMだよと指摘されていると解釈しております。

自宅のISPからの問い合わせですと、

nslookup
> set type=mx
> example.co.jp
サーバー:  xxxxx.ocn.ad.jp
Address:  xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:53

権限のない回答:
example.co.jp     MX preference = 20, mail exchanger = mail.example.co.jp

example.co.jp     nameserver = dns.example2.co.jp
example.co.jp     nameserver = ns2.example3.co.jp
mail.example.co.jp        internet address = [+++.+++.+++.2]
dns.example2.co.jp internet address = ---.---.---.95

と、ちゃんと引けているように見えまして・・・

ここの意味がよくわかりません。
