[postfix-jp: 4221] Client host rejected: Access denied

岩波と申します。

Postfixが動作しているサーバで、以前は問題なかったのですが、モジュールの
自動アップデートが原因だと思うのですが、サーバに送るメールがすべて
554 Client host rejected: Access denied
となってしまうようになりました。

メールの差出人、接続元のサーバはまちまちですが、送り先は、サーバに設定し
ているドメイン宛となっています。

Postfix自体に明るくなくて、どの部分を調べたらいいかだけでも教えていただ
ければ幸いです。
