FAQの“どのユーザがサイト外にメールを送信できるかを制限したい”の設定で悩んでいます。

現象
tatsuo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxから外部に送信出来てしまいます。

いろいろテスト送信してみると自分宛のメールを送る時だけ以下のwarningメッセージが
出ました。
