    check_sender_access hash:/etc/postfix/local_user
    permit_auth_destination, reject
smtpd_restriction_classes = enable_remote
enable_remote = check_relay_domains

[local_user]の@を外して設定してみました。

意図した動作になりましたが、
他のアドレスから他のアドレスに送信できるみたいです。
