 私はまだMacOS Xを使い初めて日が浅いUNIXユーザなので、MacOS Xにはまだメール
サーバーをインストールしてませんでした。。いずれfetchmail辺りと併用して使おう
かなぁと思っていましたので、インストールしてみました。
結果問題なく配送されているようです。
(WindowsのDatulaというメールソフトで試しました)

すでにインストールされているということですので、Netinfoユーティリティより
ユーザ: postfix
グループ: postdrop
を作られていると思います。

それからはmain.cfの編集となりますが、
myhostname = hogege.hoge.hoge
mydomain = hoge.hoge
#myorigin = $mydomain
inet_interface = all
mydestination = $myhostname, localhost.$mydomain このマシンのIPアドレス
mail_spool_directory = /var/mail
mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8 このマシンのIPアドレス
alias_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/aliases
alias_database = hash:/etc/postfix/aliases

ぐらいを変更してnewaliasesを一度行ったぐらいです。
私の場合にはDNS登録してないiBookより行ったので、mydestination, mynetworksに
postfixをインストールしたマシンのIPアドレスを記載しておいてます。
