/var/lib/postfix/etcは、存在していません。
これは、main.cfの"daemon_directory = /usr/libexec/postfix"の
ディレクトリのことですか？

/var/spool/postfix/etcは、存在していて以下のファイルがありました。

chrootというアドバイスを頂き、探してみたら

というドキュメントを見つけました。
このドキュメントに書いてあるとおり、
postfix-20010228-pl08.tar.gzを解凍したディレクトリの
examples/chroot-setup　を見たところ、

というドキュメントが見つかりました。
