[postfix-jp:01865] リアルユーザのみ、ウィルススキャンをできますか？

　まつだと申します、こんにちわ。

　RedHat7.3＋sophos＋amavis＋postfix（20010228 Patchlevel 08）にて
　メールをスキャンしています。　

　自ドメインの存在しないユーザに対して、
　多方面から多くの「間違いメール（準スパムっぽい）」が来るのですが、
　自分のドメインであれば、amavisが動作するため、
　同時にそのようなメール（自ドメインの存在しないユーザ宛）が来ると、
　負荷も多くなってしまいます。

　リアルユーザ宛の時だけ、amavisが動作すれば、
　余計な負荷も押さえられるのですが、
　そのような方法はありますでしょうか？

　postfixのconfは一般的な設定だと思いますが、
　念のため、関連箇所を記しておきます。
