なるほど。でも、これだと、HELOを送れるIPをすべて追加しなくてはいけないと
思うのですが。
smtpd_client_restrictionsで制限する方がよい気がします。

smtpd_client_restrictions = check_client_access hash:/etc/postfix/clients, reject_unknown_client

/etc/postfix/clients

10.10.2.4   OK

のように書けば、OKのIPは許可。unknown_clientはrejectになると思うので
すが、あってます？

メールサーバ専用のBINDを立ち上げると言うことですね。
/etc/hostsでも良いかもしれない。
