　　自己解決いたしました。(^^;

        /var/spool/postfix/flush 
        /var/spool/postfix/active

        に残っていたメールを除去いたしましたところ、
postfix/qmgr[1146]: warning: connect to transport stmp-amavis: No such file or directory
        という、過去の設定をひきずるエラーは出なくなりました。
