[postfix-jp: 2623] 何通も同じメールが送信される

こんにちは。濱中と申します。

日本から海外にメールを送る際、先方から、何通も
同じメールが届いているという苦情を聞きました。

日本拠点メールサーバ：postfix 2.1.4
海外拠点メールサーバ：Microsoft SMTPSVC(6.0.3790.211)←メールヘッダから

日本側のメールサーバのログを調べたところ、以下のようなログが
見当たりました。

Apr 19 09:05:35 dns1 postfix/smtp[5758]: [ID 197553 mail.info] C2E9310DE: 
to=*********
, relay=mail.*****.com[************], delay=998, status=deferred 
(conversat
ion with mail.*********.com[************] timed out while sending end of 
data -- message

Apr 19 09:44:57 dns1 postfix/smtp[5882]: [ID 197553 mail.info] C2E9310DE: 
to=******
, relay=mail.*****.com[*********], delay=3360, status=deferred (conversa
tion with mail.*****.com[************] timed out while sending end of data

 may be sent more than once)

Apr 19 11:08:13 dns1 postfix/smtp[6095]: [ID 197553 mail.info] C2E9310DE: 
to=******, 
relay=mail.*****.com[*********], delay=8356, status=deferred (conversa
tion with mail.******.com[*********] timed out while sending end of data 
-- message
 may be sent more than once)

日本側のメールサーバでは、タイムアウトと認識し、再送を試みているようなので
すが、
実際には、毎回相手側に届いており、複数通のメールが送られる結果になった模様
です。

これは、日本のPostfixに問題があるためでしょうか？

正常にメールをやり取りしたいのですが、どなたか、解法をご存知の方がいらっし
ゃいましたら、
語教授ください。
