パッケージ(19991231,snapshot-20000531)付属の TODO ファイルに

Received: header and bounce text will be configurable with ${name}
macros. This requires that everything must cope with newlines in
config parameters (including the SMTP greeting bannner, yuck).

と書かれています。まだ当分実装されなさそうですね。
