[postfix-jp:01878] 外部から送受信ができない（PbS使用）

マスムラです。
web検索に限界を感じたのでご教授を願いたく思います。

現在、VineLinux2.5において、
postfix-1.1.10-0vl4＋qpopper-4.0.3-0vl2＋dracによる、
POP before SMTP対応のメールサーバを立てようとしています。

構築はホームページを検索し、そこで見つけたページの通りに行いました。

自分の家はもちろん、会社からも正常にアクセス可能なのを確認
しました。
しかし、友人のアカウントを作って渡したところ、友人の入っている
プロバイダからの接続が拒否されてしまいます。

hosts.allowに、自分のネットワークと会社のネットワークを許可
するよう設定してあるので、hosts.allow関係なのかな？と思って
いるのですが、どう修正すればよいのかわかりません。

この状態を回避するにはどうすればよいでしょうか？

やったこと：
過去ログを参考に、smtpd_recipient_restrictionsと
smtpd_client_restrictionsをいじった。
現在は、smtpd_recipient_restrictionsをすべてコメントアウト。
