smtpd_client_restrictionsに
permit_sasl_authenticatedが設定されてますが、
中継の可否を決めるsmtpd_recipient_restrictionの方が
デフォルトのままのようです。

また、SMTP Authとは別の話ですが、
RBLで弾く制限の名前が変更になっているようです。
1.x系 reject_maps_rbl
2.x系 reject_rbl_client
